Bike Nite at Quaker Steak and Lube
Sept 1, 8, 15, 22, and 29th - Bike "Nite" features live rock and roll and benefits our charities program considerably. This is an interesting people watching event and an easy event to work. T-shirts are provided for all volunteers and you will be eligible to win a gift certificate at the end of each night. In addition, during the month of September, 5 volunteers will be needed each Wednesday to sell wristbands from 5:30 PM until 9:30 PM. Rhythm on the River
Sept 2nd - The last ROR concert of the 2010 season. Volunteers sell tickets, wristbands, and T-shirts from 5:00 - 10:00 pm. In return, dinner is provided for all volunteers, along with a $25 gift card to Larkins restaurant. Contact Bill Bowen at 864.246.1735 to volunteer.
West Greenville Arts Festival
Sept 18- 19th - Volunteers are needed for beer and barbeque sales, along with monitoring the juried art show and giving parking directions. Saturday shifts run from 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:30PM - 7:00 PM. Sunday shifts are from 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. September Social at the Blockhouse
Sept 20th - Come on out to the Blockhouse Restaurant and Oyster Bar on Monday, September 16th for a good time with your fellow RoundTowners. Things usually get started around 5:30 PM. Contact Judy Swilley at 864.483.4001 for details.
Euphoria
Sept 23 - 26th - This event bills itself as the Southeast's premier pairing of food and wine, along with live music. Most of the fine dining restaurants in downtown Greenville participate in this event so it is not one to be missed if you enjoy sampling some of the finest food available anywhere.
