One of the Community Service activities that the Roundtowners regularly perform involves cleaning and beautifying a section of Highway 25 through their association with the South Carolina Department of Transportation's Adopt-A-Highway program. We maintain a two mile section of Highway 25 in northern Greenvile County and pick up trash and debris along the roadside several times a year. This is one of the simplest and most obvious examples of the positive impact that the RT's have on the community, and it is something we can all be proud of. After the work is done, volunteers typically meet for lunch and exchange stories about some of the more unusual items they have found. If you haven't joined us in our Adopt-A-Highway cleanup efforts, please consider doing so in the future. We are very proud of the fact that the Roundtowners were selected as Greenville County's 2007 Outstanding AAH Group of the Year !
