Adopt-A-Highway
November 12th - Once again, we will be maintaining our 2 mile section of Highway 25 just north of the Highway 11 bridge. We will meet at 9:00 AM in the parking area on Hwy 25 just south of the Hwy 11 bridge to coordinate our activities. Please contact Martha Cloys at 864.354.1638 or e-mail her at mc75081@yahoo.com for more info.
St. Francis Festival of Trees
November 18th, 20th, and Jan 6th - This is another event that the Roundtowners have supported for well over 20 years. We help set up and take down Christmas trees in the hotels that take part in the Festival. This is always a lot of fun and the trees are really easy to set-up. The Marriott Parkway will be hosting the Festival this year, along with the Marriott Courtyard, and the Hampton Inn in downtown Greenville, since the Hyatt is undergoing renovations. If you would like to participate, take note of the following dates:
Friday, ..Nov. 18th -- Put up trees at the Marriott Courtyard and the Hampton Inn
Sunday,|.Nov. 20th -- Put up trees at the Marriott Parkway
Friday, ..Jan. 6th -- Take down trees at all locations
